EMRISE CORPORATION COMPLETES CONSOLIDATION OF ITS NORTHERN CALIFORNIA FACILITIES

MOVE EXPECTED TO CUT APPROXIMATELY $600,000 IN ANNUALIZED OVERHEAD COSTS

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, April 10, 2007 - EMRISE CORPORATION (NYSE Arca: ERI), a multi-national manufacturer of defense, aerospace and industrial electronic devices and communications equipment, today announced that its has completed the relocation of its U.S. power supply business - RO Associates (“RO”) - to its recently refurbished San Jose, California facility, which RO will share with EMRISE’s CXR Larus Corporation subsidiary. RO was previously located in a 30,000 sq. ft. standalone facility in Sunnyvale, CA.

Commenting on the move, Carmine T. Oliva, President and CEO, said, “We have consolidated our Northern California businesses into a single location and expect to achieve annualized savings of approximately $600,000, resulting from a combination of facility cost savings and more efficient use of shared administration and operating support staff.”
