EMRISE CORPORATION’S SUBSIDIARY, CXR ANDERSON JACOBSON, RECEIVES FURTHER $900,000 NETWORK ACCESS ORDERS FOR EUROPEAN UTILITY CUSTOMER

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, June 26, 2007 - EMRISE CORPORATION (NYSE Arca:ERI), a multi-national manufacturer of defense and aerospace electronic components and communications equipment, today announced its French subsidiary, CXR Anderson Jacobson (“CXR-AJ”), has received an additional new order for $900,000 for the supply of multi-service multiplexers to a European utility company customer. The order is expected to be delivered before year end.
