EMRISE ANNOUNCES FIRST INTERNATIONAL ORDERS FOR TIEMPO® EDGE NETWORK TIMING SYSTEMS

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, October 23, 2007 - EMRISE CORPORATION (NYSE Arca: ERI), a multi-national manufacturer of defense, aerospace and industrial electronic devices and communications equipment, today announced that its French subsidiary CXR Anderson Jacobson (“CXR-AJ”) has received initial orders from a large French speaking North African country for immediate delivery of its recently CE approved StarClock™ TiemPo® edge network timing product, (“TiemPo®”), to support its network infrastructure upgrade program.

Commenting on the order, EMRISE Chairman, President and CEO, Carmine T. Oliva, stated: “This is a vital strategic win for EMRISE. We are pleased this contract followed within only 90 days of our recent press release announcing receipt of CE certification for TiemPo®. The CE certification allows us, for the first time ever, to sell our timing products into European, Middle Eastern and African, among other world markets. TiemPo® will be an integral part of this country’s communication network infrastructure upgrade. Our product will be integrated with switches and other network equipment supplied by other major multi-national suppliers. This we believe will give EMRISE the opportunity to build a relationship with these other suppliers for possible future infrastructure programs elsewhere in the world.”
