RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, April 3, 2008 - EMRISE CORPORATION (NYSE Arca: ERI), a designer, manufacturer and marketer of proprietary electronic devices and communications equipment for aerospace, defense, industrial, and communications applications, launched the StarSync™ 6850 to the International Press at the recent CeBit 2008 international trade fair in Hanover, Germany. The StarSync™ 6850 will be available for shipment in late Q2 2008.

The StarSync™ 6850 is the first new product in the TiemPo™ line of network synchronization and timing products to be released by EMRISE as a result of the Company’s product development and marketing agreement with Brilliant Telecommunications, which was formally announced earlier this week at the CTIA Wireless convention in Las Vegas.

Carmine T. Oliva, President and CEO of EMRISE, commented, “Our subsidiaries CXR Larus Corporation (U.S.) and CXR AJ (France) first launched our ground breaking international TiemPo™ range of products to the international press at CeBit last year. The new Starsync 6850 released at CeBit this year is a strategically important international extension to the TiemPo™ line, as it helps position the Company to address areas of the world with large and growing market opportunities. And we are especially pleased to have introduced our first new product from Brilliant Telecommunications, which provides us with top flight functionality and significantly shortens our time to market.”

StarSync 6850 is a primary reference source/primary reference clock/NTP-PTP Server that provides an accurate and independent time source without the need for expensive Rubidium or Cesium oscillators.

. “Since we initially introduced the TiemPo™ product line to the North American market 15 months ago, it has enjoyed excellent customer and market acceptance from all segments of the communications market,” Oliva added. “We have moved from just being a supplier of synchronization and timing systems to the North American market, to now being a provider of an even broader range of state-of-the-art, feature-rich products to the international market as well.”
