EMRISE CORPORATION RECEIVES ADDITIONAL $2.0 MILLION IN ORDERS FOR RADIO FREQUENCY DEVICES FOR SIGNAL JAMMING SYSTEMSSignal Jamming orders total $4 million since September 2008RANCHO CUCAMONGA, California – December 8, 2008 - EMRISE CORPORATION (NYSE Arca: ERI), a multi-national manufacturer of defense and aerospace electronic devices and communications equipment, today announced that it has received approximately $2.0 million in new orders for radio frequency (RF) devices for remote-controlled improvised explosive device (RCIED) jamming systems designed to prevent the detonation of improvised explosive devices (IEDs). Often called roadside bombs, IEDs wound or kill thousands of people in military conflicts around the world. These new orders, which follow $2 million in similar orders received in mid-September, are expected to begin shipping immediately with deliveries scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2009. The orders were received by the Company’s recently acquired Advanced Control Components, Inc. (ACC) subsidiary, which develops and supplies a wide variety of electronic RF and microwave devices, including RF devices to support RCIED jamming devices used by the U.S. military. Other EMRISE subsidiaries also supply products to the European market for RF jamming systems, predominantly for aircraft programs. EMRISE Chief Executive Officer Carmine T.
