EMRISE CORPORATION PLANS TO RELEASE 2009 SECOND QUARTER AND SIX MONTHS RESULTS AND HOLD CONFERENCE CALL ON AUGUST 5

EATONTOWN, NJ – July 29, 2009…EMRISE CORPORATION (NYSE Arca: ERI), a multi-national manufacturer of defense and aerospace electronic devices and communications equipment, announced today that it plans to release its unaudited financial results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2009, on Wednesday, August 5, 2009, and plans to host a conference call at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time that same day.

Chairman and CEO Carmine T. Oliva, Graham Jefferies, newly appointed President, and John Donovan, Chief Financial Officer, will host the call.
