DURHAM, NC - March 22, 2011...EMRISE CORPORATION (OTCBB: EMRI), a multi-national manufacturer of defense and aerospace electronic devices and communications equipment, announced today that it plans to release its audited financial results for the year ended December 31, 2010, along with its results for the 2010 fourth quarter on Tuesday, March 29, 2011, before the market opens and plans to host a conference call at 11:30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time that same day.
