EMRISE CORPORATION ANNOUNCES DATE FOR RELEASE OF 2012 FIRST QUARTER RESULTS AND CONFERENCE CALL

DURHAM, NC - May 9, 2012 - EMRISE CORPORATION (OTCBB: EMRI), a multi-national manufacturer of defense and aerospace electronic devices and communications equipment, announced today that it plans to release its financial results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2012, on Tuesday, May 15, 2012, before the market opens and plans to host a conference call at 11:30 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time that same day.
