EATONTOWN, NJ - August 12, 2010...EMRISE CORPORATION (NYSE Arca: ERI), a multi-national manufacturer of defense and aerospace electronic devices and communications equipment, announced today that it plans to release its unaudited financial results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2010, on Monday, August 16, 2010, after the market closes and plans to host a conference call at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time on Tuesday, August 17, 2010.
Chairman and CEO Carmine T. Oliva and Chief Financial Officer John Donovan will host the call. President Graham Jefferies will be traveling at the time of the call; however, his prepared remarks will be given by Oliva and will provide an overview of the operational results for this year's second quarter and the market trends expected to affect the second half of 2010 and early 2011. Donovan will provide details and additional commentary about the financial results for the second quarter and first six months, and Oliva will comment on progress being made on key strategic initiatives, including a discussion about the sale of the Company's Advanced Control Components subsidiary and the upcoming Annual Meeting of Stockholders on August 30.
