manufacturers with the technical resources and knowledge to produce
these complex systems, Larus has an extensive international customer
base of private and public carriers, networks and corporate clients.
 Emrise's telecommunications subsidiary CXR, is a leader in the
provision of products for accessing public and private networks for the
transmission of voice, data and video. The company develops,
manufactures and markets a range of network access devices used by
businesses to transmit data, voice and video within local area and wide
area networks. In addition, we provide customers with turnkey solutions
that often incorporate our own access products with products from
third-party vendors.
 Emrise's telecommunications subsidiary CXR Larus develops,
manufactures and markets a focused range of test instruments used by the
operators of public and private telecommunications networks, utility
companies, government agencies for the installation, maintenance and
optimization of advanced public and private communications networks.
